This call-out appointment is for the diagnosis and resolution of IT-related issues requiring on-site assistance. The appointment covers the first 30 minutes of on-site support and is thereafter billed in 30-minute increments. A final invoice will be issued upon completion of the call-out based on the total time spent.

Services may include troubleshooting hardware or software faults; network and connectivity issues; server or workstation failures; system errors; security incidents; and other IT problems that cannot be resolved remotely.

On-site call-outs outside a 10 km radius within Mbombela (Nelspruit) will incur an additional travel cost. Any required parts; licensing; or extended work will be quoted and billed separately if applicable.
